The Vocational Promotion and Guidance Branch, operating under the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association, held the seventh session on “Failure Chart” titled “Self-Confidence” within the framework of “Personal Development Workshops” on May 5, 2023.

High school senior students Sude and Ozge started their presentation by first discussing two lived stories that define the Failure Scheme, and then they explained that this scheme can keep the person away from success, and that even if the person is successful, this success will not make the person happy. The subject was discussed in detail by emphasizing the main topics such as in which areas it is seen and what are its origins. In addition, what can be done to change the failure schema was discussed and ways of coping were emphasized. As a result, the active participation of the students in the presentation was ensured and the session ended with the achievement of the intended gains.
