On Monday, November 25, 2024, Young Academics Community (YAC) Athens branch was
visited by Abdullah Eren, President of Turks Abroad and Related Communities, Cagatay
Erciyes, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Athens, and Isil Isik Civelek, Consul
General of the Republic of Turkey to Athens-Piraeus. The delegation was welcomed by
Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association Secretary General and YAC
Manager Burak Adil, YAC President Emre Kamil, YAC Secretary Eslem Ali Tsavous, YAC
Athens President Koray Kourt and YAC Athens Managers. During the meeting, the
delegation was informed about WTMUGA activities and YAC activities, and the projects
planned for the upcoming period. We would like to express our endless gratitude to all our
valuable elders, especially President Abdullah Eren, who paid us kind visits during their visit
to Athens.
