We participated in the 10th annual meeting of the FUEN Turkish Minorities / Communities
Working Group (TAG), of which we are a member.
WTMUGA Secretary General Burak ADIL and WTMUGA Board Member Murat AHMET
attended the meeting held in Ankara, the capital of the Motherland Republic of Turkey,
between October 31 – November 01.
Within the scope of the FUEN TAG Group’s visits to Ankara, visits were paid to the
Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), the International Organization
of Turkish Culture (TURKSOY), the Yunus Emre Institute, the Turkish Cooperation and
Coordination Agency (TIKA) and finally the Presidential Complex of the Republic of Turkey,
to Vice President Mr. Cevdet Yilmaz. We would like to thank everyone who hosted us for all
the productive meetings and hope that the meetings will be beneficial to the entire Turkic
World.
