The Vocational Promotion and Guidance Branch, operating under the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association, introduced the Nursing Department to high school students on Friday, October 25, 2024. Ms. Aynour, a graduate of the Ege University Nursing Department, participated as a speaker in the promotion and shared various information and experiences about the Nursing Department and her profession. Our guest began her speech by touching on the differences between the Nursing Assistant, Nursing and Higher Nursing departments. Explaining the duties of a nurse, Ms. Aynour touched upon the importance of problem-solving skills, practicality, high empathy and attention to detail among the characteristics that must be possessed. Our speaker, who explained who would not be suitable for the nursing profession, shared her experiences in her professional life. The conversation ended with the answering of questions from students.
