The “Optics and Optometry Department” was introduced to high school students at an event organized by the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association, Vocational Promotion and Guidance Branch on Friday, October 11, 2024. Optician Ms. Nermin Amet, who participated as a speaker, provided information about the department to students from different perspectives. She talked about the personal characteristics required to choose the profession. She touched on the areas of expertise and employment opportunities that graduates of this department can receive education. Our conversation ended with the answers to the questions directed to her.
