PSYCHOEDUCATION DAYS FROM WTMUGA WOMEN’S BRANCH

Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association Women’s Branch organized a training called “Psychoeducation Days” on 3 and 4 November. Expert Psychologist and Family Counselor Sibel TOP attended the training, which took place on Friday, November 3, at WTMUGA Komotini Central Local, and on Saturday, November 4, at the Xanthi Cultural Center, as a speaker. Sibel TOP, who started the training with an introduction game, talked about how to understand psychological violence, what its effects are, the characteristics of perpetrators and victims, and methods of dealing with mobbing and psychological violence. At the end of the training, a game called “Magic Box” was played interactively to involve the participants in the activity. All participants left the event, which was completed with a question and answer session, with useful information.
